Building Comment:

Although only a small number of transactions occurred within the Port Authority walls over the past financial year, all owners continued to experience exceptional capital growth on their properties.

The lucky new owners who were able to purchase into the building this financial year are now joining other happy property owners who are able to boast of their sound investments and their fabulous addresses.
