Building Comment:

The past year in the Madison has been positive, but that’s expected in such a gorgeous and much loved building!

Sales moved along steadily with owners who appointed the right agents achieving excellent results. Owners who selected agents who were unaware of the strong performance of the building as well as the long line of keen buyers wanting to move straight in, unfortunately missed out on optimum prices for their property.

It’s no wonder there is a plentiful flow of buyers wanting to attain this amazing address with its prime location and well appointed units.

We are very proud to announce here at Harcourts that our dollar per square meter value smashed that of our closest competitor as well as soaring high above the average over all total. (Please see graph indicators below) This accomplishment not only left us with great stats to boast of, but very cheerful vendors who were able to obtain more money than they were initially quoted by others.

What our Landlords say…….

“Harcourts City Residential were terrific. I had a vacant Melbourne City apartment in a prime location for three months with my previous Melbourne city agent. I then spoke to Dionne Wilson from Harcourts City Residential. As soon as speaking to Dionne, I knew her professionalism and helpfulness would ensure my apartment would be tenanted very soon. Not only did Dionne find me tenants within 10 days, Dionne was able to market my apartment at the market price (which was my asking price) and not a much lower price that my previous agent had my apartment advertised at .Thank you Dionne and Harcourts City Residential my stress is finally over.”.
