NRAS = National Rental Affordability Scheme which means tenants are able to secure premises at 20% less than market rent if they meet certain criteria.

The criteria is as follows:

1: Income thresholds

One adult: $45,496

2 adults: $62,899

3 adults: $80,302

4 adults: $97,705

Solo parent with 1 child: $62,943

Solo parent with 2 children: $78,033

Solo parent with 3 children: $93,123

Couple with 1 child: $77,989

Couple with 2 children: $93,079

Couple with 3 children: $108,169

2: Tenants must sign a Fixed Term Tenancy of at least 12 months

3: Statutory Declarations need to be filled in and signed on an annual basis along with other documentation provided at open for inspections


Income threshold is based on your gross income i.e Before Tax

You must inspect the property prior to making application (see ad for next open time)
