Continuing the trend from last year very strong sales saw more transactions this financial year than any time in the past 10 years. Leading the charge were a number of record breakers including 5/8 Wellington Crescent that had the honour of being the first apartment (outside of the town houses) to sell for over $1M in the Gardens. The highly desirable location matched with the first wave of truly renovated apartments( as opposed to refreshed) coming to market saw a strong increase in average sale price up almost $80,000 from the same time last year.
