Price have remained stable in Blue tower over the last few years however seeing some strong results for the bigger units above level 20. Indigo lofts & the Deco Tower remain extremely popular being asked for by name by purchasers in the market place however this has not translated to record prices recently. Owners should see some good growth in the long term due to the uniqueness of the build.”
