We are the owners of PO8P,191, Powlett Street, East Melbourne and recently employed your firm to seek a tenant and manage the property on our behalf.

I first met with Esme Gordon on the 18th February who provided me the necessary information and comfort on how she would market the          property and what she believed she could achieve in terms of rental outcome. Throughout the meeting Esme showed great enthusiasm, passion and empathy and listened to what we were seeking in terms of finding the right tenant.

The best way to describe Esme’s
efforts is to say she has taken us out of the darkness and into the sun. James
of your group asked me at the time our property was being vacated if I would
like Esme to contact me after a fortnight to see how I was going with a new
tenancy. Sure enough 2 weeks later Esme rang and I advised that progress with
RUN was slow and that I had not heard anything from them for 8 days. She
pointed out that this was well below the standards of performance required at
Harcourts emphasising the importance of regular communication particularly at
