We are the owners of PO8P,191, Powlett Street, East Melbourne and recently employed your firm to seek a tenant and manage the property on our behalf.
I first met with Esme Gordon on the 18th February who provided me the necessary information and comfort on how she would market the property and what she believed she could achieve in terms of rental outcome. Throughout the meeting Esme showed great enthusiasm, passion and empathy and listened to what we were seeking in terms of finding the right tenant.
I also met with your competition who also provided me guidance on how they would market the property and what rental they could achieve. The difference in rental quoted between the two firms was $5,460 per annum, with Harcourts providing the higher sum.

The best way to describe Esme’s
